you could take all the potassium in the world
pre-formed and waiting to be transformed
burn every single tree, snatch it from every dead lake and seabed
mine it from the americas, to the middle east, to europe
rip the symbolic k off of every periodical table
and you would still not have enough potassium
to stop my heart from beating
for you.
