GENKI SUSHI IN SHIBUYA

Unfortunately we couldn’t make the fish market work for Marta’s birthday, but I did find Genki Sushi instead! Considering how much amazing sushi I had for less than ten dollars (Marta definitely balled out for 25 dollars worth), I wish we would have found this place sooner. A lot sooner.

I also told the waitress that it was Marta’s birthday, much to her embarrassment, but it did get her a free phone charm in the long run! Genki Sushi was actually amazing. Sushi on a bullet train?! Amazing idea. Better than a conveyor belt where the sushi is always out in the open, at least with Genki Sushi everything is freshly prepared for you!

Finally, Shibuya Crossing. We made it out by the afternoon and this place was packed like Times Square times a million. It's amazing that so many people can be going back and forth and not bounce each other. By the time the sun went down, Shibuya really lit up and the people were still all buzzing around without smacking into each other and getting out of the way of cars after their minute long passing time was up.
