Marta wanted a kimono, so we went to go get her one. The ladies at Kawano Gallery were both super sweet with our limited Japanese and were amazed we even tried with my Lonely Planet Japanese phrasebook. Marta got a beautiful kimono, but I put mine back because I know I'm never going to wear it. They did however give me this super cute origami kimono, which was super nice of them.
